AGnVET RURAL Photography Competition 2026
Entries for the AGnVET RURAL Photography Competition 2026 are now open.
This year’s theme, Life on the Land, celebrates the people, places, moments and stories that make rural Australia so special.
From early starts and dusty paddocks to harvest, livestock, family moments, working dogs, machinery, crops, sunsets and everything in between — we want to see rural life through your lens.
Submit your favourite images for your chance to win great prizes and have your photo featured in the 2027 AGnVET RURAL Calendar.

Email your photos to photocomp@agnvetrural.com.au with:
- Your full name
- Best contact number
- Photo title and/or brief description
- Up to 3 images that capture the theme Life on the Land
Entries open: Monday 29th June 9am
Entries close: Friday 31st July 5pm

1st Prize: $500 Visa Gift Card
2nd Prize: $250 Visa Gift Card
3rd Prize: $100 Visa Gift Card
Remaining top 9 images: AGnVET RURAL branded Yeti drink bottle
All winning images will also be in the running to be featured in the 2027 AGnVET RURAL Calendar!
Submission Requirements:
- Photos must be supplied in JPEG format, minimum 2MB or 300DPI
- Landscape orientation is preferred
- Participants can submit up to 3 images per person
- Photos should have minimal editing only. Minor cropping, contrast and colour correction are allowed
- You must be the owner of the image or have permission from the image owner
Please include your full name, best contact number, and a title and/or brief description for each image submitted.
By submitting images to the AGnVET RURAL Photography Competition 2026, you agree that your images may be used by AGnVET RURAL in the 2027 AGnVET RURAL Calendar and for future digital, print and marketing communications.
